21st Annual Yom Limmud


Barnet, Finchley and Woodside Park Synagogue’s joint Yom Limmud will be here at Woodside Park Synagogue on 4th Day Chol Hamoed Pesach. Speakers are Rabbi Danny Kirsch - Co Founder and Director of the JLE, Rabbi Yaakov Hamer, Rabbi Leibush Heller and Rabbi Barry Lerer. Men & Women welcome, free entry and refreshments provided.

Baby Blessing


The next Baby Blessing Ceremony will be held on the 7th day of Pesach, Monday 5th April at the end of the Service. Would parents of any babies born since April 2009 (or those who were unable to attend the last Baby Blessing) and who would like to be included in this Ceremony, please either contact the Shul office or Hayden Kendler at hayden@kendler.org.uk.


The Women's Learning Circle

Yom Hashoah


If you or you know of any members of the community who are Holocaust Survivors or are Second Generation survivors please could you inform the shul office as we would like to try and arrange a call up for them on Shabbat 10th April 2010 in recognition of Yom Hashoah.

Scouting


We are please to announce that our beaver colony (for boys aged 6 to 8) is now up and running. We are hoping to start the cubs (boys aged 8 to 10) sometime in the new year, subject to leader availability. If you would like to put your sons name down for either (children’s names accepted from age 4) please email your sons name and date of birth to
